WAYNE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Search crews have found the body of a missing Wayne County teacher. Frederick Dunn, 48, was last seen Wednesday night.

He had been running a play practice for students at North Rose-Wolcott School when he left to run an errand. He never came back, and his car was found abandoned on the shoreline of Lake Ontario in the town of Huron.

A number of rescue units have been searching that area, and around 10:45 Saturday morning they located Dunn's body.

Officials are still investigating the circumstances surrounding Dunn's death, but they said there are no signs of trauma or foul play. An autopsy will be performed at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital.
