SYRACUSE, N.Y. - On the heels of its first 0-1 start since 1996, the Orange lacrosse team got some good news on the recruiting front. Onondaga Community College lacrosse head coach Chuck Wilbur confirmed to YNN that sophomore attackman Randy Staats has committed to Syracuse.
Staats is the reigning junior college player of the year and was recently named the preseason player of the year. He set the OCC scoring single season scoring mark last year with 57 goals and 82 assists.
