Military contractor cutting positions at Fort Drum
FORT DRUM, N.Y. -- A military contractor on post at Fort Drum is moving operations out of the North Country.
DynCorp says it plans to cut about 150 of its 220 employees and move some operations to other Army posts in North Carolina and Kentucky.
The company fixes Black Hawk helicopters after they return from deployment overseas and they say there has been a decline in demand from the military.
