DRYDEN, NY-- The fifteenth ranked Waverly girls remained unbeaten and topped one loss Lansing to win the IAC large school championship by the score of 49-31 Thursday in Dryden. A two point half time lead quickly got bigger for the Wolverines in the third quarter.

Reylyn Schwartzhoff led the way for Waverly with 27 points. Sabrina Bowman had 12. For Lansing Shea McCartney finished with 12.
