BATH, N.Y. -- Two people arrested on drug charges back in February of 2012 in Bath have now been indicted for a Rochester homicide.
Michael Williams, 20, and Treyquan Davis, 16, are now each facing second degree murder charges in the shooting death of Alexander Marquez, 19, back in January of 2012.
Bath Police arrested the two suspects a month later without any knowledge of the murder investigation in Rochester.
Williams is currently serving time for the Bath drug arrest. Davis has been charged as a juvenile, because he was 15-years-old at the time of shooting.
A second victim in the shooting survived.
