LEE, N.Y. -- A Taberg woman was arrested after police say she was driving drunk with a child in the car.

Sheriff’s Deputies say Danielle Szablewski, 26, was driving the wrong way down Route 69 in the Town of Lee Saturday night. An off duty Rome Police Officer then confronted her about her erratic driving at a parking lot. That's when the officer found a 12-year-old girl sitting in the front passenger seat.

Szablewski was arrested and charged with "Leandra's Law for Aggravated DWI.”

Police say her license was already suspended for a previous DWI arrest in Lee.
