OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A snowmobiler was injured in an accident on Oneida Lake. The call came in just before 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

Rescuers were at first unsure of where the crash happened. Two separate staging areas were set up along the north and south sides of the lake. Rescuers later discovered that it happened along the north shore of the lake.

Oswego County 911 dispatchers say one person was taken to Upstate University Hospital for minor injuries.

Several departments from Onondaga and Oswego County responded to the call.
