NEW YORK STATE -- Governor Cuomo activates the State Emergency Operations Center to monitor the storm and to coordinate response efforts.
New Yorkers could see potentially significant and prolonged transportation disruptions, power outages, and other impacts.
Representatives from state agencies will be present at the State Emergeny Operations Center to coordinate storm response efforts.
The governor is also advising drivers to take extra caution and only travel when necessary during the storm.
