OWEGO, NY-- The Owego girls high school basketball team has clinched the STAC Central regular season crown. The Indians took the crown by beating Susquehanna Valley 49-35 Thursday night.

Rachel Merrill led all scorers with 15 points. Jill Silvanic added 11.

In defeat Shayna Lee had 8 points to lead the Sabres.
