BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. -- The Bradford County man accused of murdering his cousin and her husband over a land dispute in 2006 will face a trial.

A competency hearing was held Thursday for John DeSisti, with the court ruling that he is mentally fit to stand trial.

The murder DeSisti has been charged with happened at his cousin's home in Athens Township. DeSisti was charged with the murders in late 2010 and his trial was put on hold in May last year.

A future court date has yet to be set.
