BATH, N.Y. -- Deputies say alcohol was a factor in a crash that left the driver seriously injured in Steuben County. Sheriff's deputies responded to the crash on Windfall Road in the Town of Bath early Wednesday morning.

They say Kimberly Wilson, 27, of Avoca was driving on the road when she missed a curve and rolled over into a ditch.

Deputies say she was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. Her condition is unknown.

Officials say unreasonable speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.

The crash is still under investigation, but deputies say charges are pending.
