ENDICOTT, N.Y. -- Union-Endicott High School grad and former Syracuse University football star, Arthur Jones, has his hometown rooting for him.

Fans got together Sunday to cheer Jones and the Ravens on at Bobby’s Place in Endicott, where his younger brother, Jon "Bones" Jones, a UFC titlist used to work.

Jones hopes to join Jon "Bones" Jones, as the second member of his family to win a world championship Sunday.

Folks say they’re excited to see Jones compete in the Super Bowl, even if they're not normally Ravens fans.

Endicott Resident Joseph Becker says, "I hope he gets his first ring. I actually have known him for a little bit. He comes around. He’s very polite. He’s still in the community, still a good guy. His parents are good. His brothers are blessed. So. I’m actually rooting for the Ravens today, even though I’m a Giants fan."

Jones actually faced off against his brother, Chandler Jones of the Patriots, a couple of weeks ago.
