BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- We got a nice break from winter Wednesday with record breaking temperatures rising into the 60s, but don't expect it to last long. Drastic changes are on the way for the entire region.
According to our meteorologists, temperatures Thursday will be back below freezing.
Wind will also be a factor. A wind advisory is in effect for several counties, with gusts expected to reach 30 to 40 miles per hour throughout the night. Overnight storms could also cause some flooding, however, only small creeks and streams are expected to crest their banks.
