OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Fulton man was arrested after an investigation into a child rape. Officials say David Gagnon, 23, allegedly raped a child younger than 13 at a home in Hannibal last May.

He is being charged with first-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.

Gagnon was taken to Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
