ELMIRA, N.Y. -- Elmira police are reaching out to the public for information after someone fired shots in the city overnight. Police were called to a report of gunshots in the area of West Gray and Walnut streets a little before 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

They found evidence that at least one round was fired. No injuries have been reported at this time, and there haven't been any arrests.
