ITHACA, N.Y. -- The jury wrapped up its first full day of deliberations in the Ithaca murder trial without a decision. Corbin Whyte is charged with two counts of murder, robbery and tampering with evidence related to the shooting of Paul Garcia in December of 2010.

On Thursday, jurors asked to see phone records. They also listened to transcripts of testimony from Garcia's girlfriend, in which she described interactions she overheard between Whyte and Garcia before the shooting.

This is Whyte's second trial. The first ended in a mistrial after jurors could not agree on a verdict.

Deliberations continue Friday.
