BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. -- An investigation is underway in Broome County into alleged sexual abuse at a Dickinson group home.

On Tuesday, troopers arrested Joyce Prince, 37, of Johnson City. They say Prince had inappropriate sexual contact with a disabled man living at the state owned Prospect 1 group home.

Prince is employed by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities She was charged with second degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of an incompetent person.
