Police looking for suspect in New Hartford armed robbery

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. -- Police in New Hartford need your help to find the suspect in an armed robbery.

Witnesses told police a man wearing all black, a paintball mask and glasses walked into the Xtra-Mart on Oneida Street around 11:45 p.m. Thursday. Police say the man showed employees a knife and demanded money from the register.

He got away with an unknown amount of cash and ran toward Grange Hill Road.

No one was hurt during the robbery.
