CCC employee charged with mailing hazardous material to administrative office
CORNING, N.Y. — An employee at Corning Community College is accused of mailing hazardous material to her own office.

According to State Police, 39-year old Delia Hall was arrested following an investigation into an envelope of skin and mucus membrane irritant that was mailed to the college's administrative offices in early November.

Troopers were able to secure the office area and additional contents that they say threatened the college and Hall's supervisor.

No students were hurt.

Hall has been charged with a felony count of placing a false bomb or hazardous substance.

She is due in Corning Town Court on the 14th.
