SOUTHERN TIER, N.Y. -- Another blast of winter hit the Southern Tier. The snow started falling early Saturday around the region.
Most areas were only expected to get a few inches of accumulation, but the snow is certainly creating some slick conditions on the roads.
There have been several reports of accidents around the region, including tractor trailer crashes in Binghamton and Big Flats.
Of course, this comes just a couple of days after many areas saw close to a foot of snow.
