SKANEATELES, N.Y. -- Vandals struck a Skaneateles water tower. The tower says ‘Home of the Lakers’ on it. Skaneateles High School's nickname is the Lakers.
Someone painted over the "L" to make the tower read, ‘Home of the Fakers.’
Skaneateles police say the spray painting happened a week ago. Detectives are working on a couple of leads.
