SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse Police have made an arrest in connection with a deadly drive-by shooting. Dion Robertson, 24, is charged in the November 18th shooting death of Eric Walker, 24.
Police say Walker was shot just before 3:30 a.m. on South McBride Street near Wieser Court. He was taken to Upstate University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police arrested Robertson Wednesday while he was in court answering to vehicle and traffic charges. He has been charged with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon.
