BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- A Binghamton woman has been re-indicted in connection with a car crash that killed three people last year.

Jaclyn Wesley has been accused of driving off Route 88 in the Town of Fenton and into Chenango River in May 2011. Her passengers, Robert Moorehead III, Robert Marshall and Carri Michalski, died in the crash.

Wesley was indicted in September 2011, but that indictment was dismissed by a county court judge because of legal errors in the grand jury presentation. Wesley has now been charged with three felony counts of first-degree vehicular manslaughter and two misdemeanor DWI counts. She pleaded not guilty to the charges.
