STEUBEN COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police have tracked down two suspects in a burglary at Swift’s Tree Farm in the Town of Thurston.

Christopher Sommer, 29, and Justin Perry, 24, are accused of breaking into the business back in October and stealing an ATV, a shotgun, chainsaws, deer mounts and an assortment of tools.

Troopers say Sommer was on probation for another burglary. He is being held at the Steuben County Jail.

Both men have been charged with third degree burglary.

Sommer is facing an additional charge of tampering with physical evidence.
