Longtime Rome Police Chief dies
ROME, N.Y. — Longtime Rome Police Chief Joseph Grande has passed away at the age of 87.
Grande served with the department from 1948 to 1987. He was chief from 19-74 until he retired.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at Barry Funeral Home and St. Paul's Church in Rome.
