OTSEGO COUNTY, N.Y. — Three people face drug charges after authorities say two of them were caught selling heroin out of a hotel in Otsego County.

According to the Sheriff's Office, 44-year-old John Nack and 23-year-old Kristin Manwarren were selling the drug out of a hotel on State Route 23 in Oneonta.

They were arrested, along with 32-year-old John Sanflippo, while leaving the hotel. Investigators say Sanflippo had three packets of heroin he had just bought, and that he was driving with a revoked license.
