Troopers say Brenda Hadlick, 37, had been babysitting four-year-old Kenzee Wheeler at a home on Mountain Road. She was backing up in the driveway when she allegedly hit the little girl.

Wheeler was airlifted to Wilson Memorial Hospital where she died. Friday, police announced that Hadlick will be charged with criminally negligent homicide.
