UTICA, N.Y. -- A 72-year-old hit by a car in Utica is in critical condition. Authorities say Gail Harvey was hit just before noon Friday while walking on Genesee Street.

She was taken to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, where she is listed in critical condition.

Police say potential charges are pending.
