BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. -- A former employee at Binghamton University has filed a discrimination lawsuit against the school.

In the lawsuit, Dayna Brown claims that as an employee in the campus library last year, he was subjected to sexual and racist statements from his supervisor and co-workers.
He also says he was let go after reporting the situation to the University.

Brown is seeking compensation for lost wages and benefits, as well as other damages.
