SYRACUSE, N.Y. - For the second time in the last three years, the number one prospect in baseball is playing in Syracuse. Two years after Stephen Strasburg passed through Syracuse, Bryce Harper made his Triple A debut Thursday in the Chiefs opener against Rochester. Harper went 2/4 with a double and single, along with a stolen base.
Harper comes to Syracuse after spending parts of last year in Single A and Double A. While the phenom is just 19, he says he feels right at home competing against more seasoned veterans.
