SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Syracuse man is facing charges after he allegedly stabbed another man. It happened just before 5:30 p.m. Thursday at 201 Oxford Street.
Police say James Norway, 30, stabbed Tracy Fox, 44, cutting him on his head and left arm. Norway originally fled the scene, but later turned himself in to police.
He's being charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
There's no word on Fox's condition.
