This out-in-the-middle-of-nowhere log cabin has one of the most interesting specialty markets and restaurants in the area. It's all organic! Step into Sandie Becker's cucina and marvel at the organic ingredients scattered about her enormous chef's table. Outside, the wood brick oven where 'everything' comes from!

Getn' There: From Auburn, N.Y. follow Rt. 38A south along Owasco Lake. As you drift away from the lake, take a right turn onto Valentine Road. Follow Valentine until you come to the Fire Station and take a left turn onto Grange Hall Road. Follow for about 2 miles and look for Niles Gourmet Bistro and Market on your right.
