Yes, another year has passed and it’s time once again for reflection. Today, I took a minute to scroll through last year’s recipes, looking for ones that jumped out at me as being the ones that I enjoyed eating the most.
Whenever I create a recipe I’m fairly confident that the flavor profiles and techniques involved will lead to a successful meal but, that being said, some will always stand out more than others.
Some of these are quite rustic, I tend to like that style of cooking most, but some are more indulgent and take a little more finesse to pull off.
Cooking is and will always be a work in progress so, for what it’s worth here are my top 12 recipes for 2012.
Enjoy and Happy New Year!
