CLINTON COUNTY, N.Y. -- Authorities are holding a news conference this afternoon on a quadruple fatal accident in Clinton County in November. New York State Police and the Clinton County District will release their findings on the crash.
On November 15th, a 17-year-old from Vietnam and an 18-year-old from China were killed when they were hit by a car while walking along a road in the Town of Peru. Both were international students attending Seton Catholic School in Plattsburgh.
The driver and a passenger were also killed when the car hit an embankment and burst into flames.
