There was a large turnout in Elmira Heights for what shaped up to be a controversial school budget vote. The district was one of a handful in the region to propose a tax hike that exceeded the cap. That meant a supermajority vote was needed in order for it to pass. YNN’s Crystal Cranmore joined us from the Corning Newsroom with the results.
